Pico de Gallo
This is a very simple, fresh and hot Pico de Gallo that is great to top street tacos or even rice.
Ingredients
3-4 plum tomatoes (Use 4 if small)
2-3 jalapeno peppers (Ues 4 for HOT)
Small red onion
Small white onion
Fresh cilantro
2-3 limes
1. Start by washing all of the ingredients.
2. Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Remove all of the seeds and soft inside.
3. Chop jalapenos into small pieces. Remove all seeds.
4. Chop white and red onions.
5. Take 5 pieces of cilantro and chop
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and squeeze limes over mixture. Let sit in fridge for 2 hours before serving.
