About My Dog with Allergies
So I love dogs, especially English Bulldogs. Well we had a wonderful white English Bulldog for 13 years and he suffered from terrible allergies since he was 7 months old. We spent thousands of dollars over the years to help him and it took us 10 years to almost figure out how to give him a good quality of life.

Remembering Tyson the Best Dog with the Worst Allergies
How Did it Start?
The Beginning
We got Tyson when he was about 4 months old. A cute and very sweet English Bulldog. I fell in love with him at first sight and knew I had to have him. I am eternally grateful to Karen as she was his first mom.
We like good dog owners decided to get him high quality food with all the nutrients and no preservatives. Tyson was always itchy and scratching. We bathed him with oatmeal shampoo and was crazy about keeping his wrinkles clean and ears too. Despite that daily routine his ears were always smelling funky and his wrinkles too.
At 6 Months
We knew something was not right.
We made multiple trips to the vet to address his wrinkles and smelly ears. He was put on antibiotics and ear rinses. We were told to keep bathing him weekly and cleaning his wrinkles daily.
When he hit six-seven months we knew things were not right. Tyson started getting dry patches around his tail and hives on his belly. The dry patches would peel and underneath his pink skin would be raw and sticky. The spots seemed to multiply and grow in size. Some reaching the size of a half dollar coin.
Often, we would find him obsessively chewing his paws, until they were raw. He would jump up from a sound sleep to scratch and rub. Sometimes he would run around the house crazy from the itch. He was suffering and so were we.
