Granola Bars at Home Oat and Banana Bars🍌


Really simple healthy snack or breakfast bar. This recipe does not require sugar it is sweetened naturally.

To do

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 9 inch x 9 inch baking pan

1. First mash the bananas.

2. Mix bananas with applesauce and vanilla.

3. Mix all the other ingredients together and add to banana mixture.

4. Bake until golden brown, just about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • (2) ripe bananas

  • 2/3 cup applesauce unsweetened

  • 2 cups oats

  • 1/2 cup milk (can use lowfat)

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/4 ground up flaxseed

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cut into 9 total bars 2 inches each
