High Energy Antioxidant Smoothie

Antioxidants actually help prevent free radicals from forming and even balance them out in your body. This in turn can help prevent early aging and the diseases like cancer and heart disease that many worry about.
Try this recipe:
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Banana
3/4 Cup Greek Yogurt Plain
1 Cup Ice
1 Teaspoon Honey (try to get local honey, it helps with allergies)
1 Tablespoon Flax Seed
